Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He began in the year 2007. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He sits on the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online articles as well as a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids together with his wife Leslie.
